There are 3 business profile categories on eBanqo Chat namely Unclaimed, Claimed and Verified businesses.
What does an unclaimed business mean?
A business is unclaimed when the business information has been populated by a 3rd party using information obtained from the internet and other data sources not necessarily associated with the business. eBanqo cannot validate the accuracy and up-to-date nature of the information available in this business profile and chatbot.
What does a claimed business mean?
A business is claimed when the profile and chatbot are managed by an associate or representative of the business. eBanqo has not confirmed the relationship of the associate / representative with the business, and therefore cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information provided.
How can I claim my business?
To claim your business, head to the profile of your business, click the claim a business button and you’ll be directed to complete a form and submit.
What does a verified business mean?
A business is verified when the profile and chatbot of this 'Verified' business is provided and updated by the business itself, and eBanqo has used its best efforts to verify the authenticity of the business and the relationship between the person who manages the profile/chatbot with the business.
